Cal 22 Mag. S# 57950. Bbl. 3 1/2" pinned. Ramped serrated blade front sight with added red paint. Adjustable square notch rear sight. Scarce early Model 51 made in 1960. 6-shot recessed cyl. Flat-latch. Blued finish with case colored hammer & trigger. Checkered walnut diamond center grips with silver S&W medallions & mismatch numbered right panel. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: unnumbered factory box with manual & paperwork. CONDITION: grips have a darkened appearance with a couple chipped areas, some checkering wear, dings & handling marks. Hammer & trigger retain most of their case colors with some light oxidation & fading. Balance of metal retains 90% original blue with scattered fading, light scratches, edge wear, handling marks & a few spots of light oxidation. Action functions properly when hand cycled.
